Booking terms
- A 30% deposit will be required to confirm your booking.
- Passport copy and pick up location are required to confirm your booking.
- SCUBA DIVING ONLY : Proof of diver certification, number of logged dives, date of the last dive will be required for certified divers, either via email, WhatsApp or hard copy.
- SCUBA DIVING ONLY : For rental equipment, please provide height / weight / shoes size.
Payment
- A 30% deposit will be required to confirm your booking.
- Balance payment will be due 1 week prior to the start of your trip. If your trip is due to start in one week time or less time, full payment will be requested to secure your package.
- In case of last minute bookings, full payment will be required the day before the start of your trip. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT ON THE DEPARTURE DAY.
- If payments are not received by the due date and no reply is received within 3 days of our email or Whatsapp reminder, then we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Cancellation & reschedule
- Reschedule have to be informed 7 days prior departure.
- Reschedule is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any damage to personal items, injuries or any lost flights in the unlikely event of a cancelled transfer or longer journey time due to circumstances outside of our control, such as bad weather conditions / mechanical issues.
- No refunds are available in case of illness, missed dives / snorkel trips, incompletion of dive course, or shortening of your stay.
- No refunds are available in case of change of mind.
- No refunds are available in case of weather if we are still operating safely. If we cannot provide the service booked due to weather circumstances, full refund will be provide.
- We strongly recommend ensuring that you have comprehensive travel insurance that covers you if you are unable to get a refund or credit for your booking.
